New, Larger 34B/FV INTEGRAmotors
Our new 34B/FV type, 24V brushless DC INTEGRAmotor gearmotors and motors combine a PWM speed
control, a brushless DC motor, an optical encoder, and a gearhead into one innovative drive solution.
OEMs now have access to five new integral gearhead options for a maximum rated torque of up to
350 lb-in (40 Nm).

NEMA-4X and NEMA-1 AC Controls
We're pleased to introduce two new Pacesetter AC motor speed controls.
These feature-packed new controls will complement the largest selection of fractional horsepower (FHP)
variable-speed AC inverter duty gearmotors and motors in the industry. The new models are
competitively priced and loaded with user-friendly features.

Low-Voltage Solutions
Bodine Electric Company offers standard 24 VDC, (dual 90/130, 130, and 180 VDC) models,
as well as a wide range of custom 12 VDC, (24, 36, and 48 VDC) gearmotor and motor solutions.
Bodine engineers have worked with OEMs to optimize gearmotor, motor and control efficiency
in low-voltage products as diverse as solar-powered water circulators and power generating

New Inverter Duty Motors and Gearmotors
The the Pacesetter family of AC inverter duty, three-phase, variable speed gearmotors and motors
has been further expanded. Motor and gearhead combinations are optimized to deliver maximum output power
in the smallest package. Bodine now offers most standard 34R and 42R frame, 230VAC Pacesetter models
with a special- order 230/460VAC, 60 Hz winding option.

22B/FV INTEGRAmotors and Gearmotors
Our new 22B/FV-type INTEGRAmotors are ideal for OEM applications.
Consisting of a 24VDC Brushless DC Motor with a built-in, open loop, voltage mode PWM controller,
accepting PWM input from an external motion or speed controller. Also featuring amplifier enable,
along with direction input, dynamic braking, and a built-in, 256 PPR, 2-channel encoder.
